Paying for Care

We offer a choice or payment methods

Invoices for our services are generated twice a month. The first billing period is the first half month and the second billing period is for the last half of the month.  We can send the invoice directly to the client, their family or any other designated party such as a long-term care insurance company. We provide invoices that are detailed including the dates, times and types of service along with the caregiver who provided care on each day.

"Private pay" is the most common form of payment we accept. This means you submit payment directly to us for each billing period. We accept:

  • Checks
  • Credit Cards


Should you have Long-Term Care insurance we will also accept that.

We support our veterans and may be able to help get benefits for home care from the U.S. Veterans Administration.
